# Common issues

During the use or configuration of your instance of *SecureAccess® CLOUD* you might find some problems. If your problem is not in the following list or the solution is not enough, you can contact us through the form of your dashboard or through the email [support@secureaccess.com](mailto:support@wolfray.io.). &#x20;

* **SecureAccess® CLOUD doesn't connect with my LDAP:**\
  Make sure that all the configuration parameters of your *LDAP* entered are correct, and also check that your firewall has its connection port open from *SecureAccess® CLOUD*.<br>
* **SecureAccess® CLOUD doesn't connect with my domains/subdomains:**\
  Make sure that all the configuration data of the subdomain such as protocol, *IP* and ports of origin servers and others are fine, and also that your source servers are accessible from *SecureAccess® CLOUD.*<br>
* **Two Factor Authentication TOTP returns invalid code:**\
  In order for authentication by the second factor of *TOTP* to be valid, it is necessary to have the time correctly configured on your device.
