During the use or configuration of your instance of SecureAccess® CLOUD you might find some problems. If your problem is not in the following list or the solution is not enough, you can contact us through the form of your dashboard or through the email [email protected].
- SecureAccess® CLOUD doesn't connect with my LDAP: Make sure that all the configuration parameters of your LDAP entered are correct, and also check that your firewall has its connection port open from SecureAccess® CLOUD.
- SecureAccess® CLOUD doesn't connect with my domains/subdomains: Make sure that all the configuration data of the subdomain such as protocol, IP and ports of origin servers and others are fine, and also that your source servers are accessible from SecureAccess® CLOUD.
- Two Factor Authentication TOTP returns invalid code: In order for authentication by the second factor of TOTP to be valid, it is necessary to have the time correctly configured on your device.
